The meeting was called to order at 7pm by Commander Robbins.

Roll call of officers Present were Commander Robbins, SR-Vice Wiseman, Jr-Vice Hahn, Finance Geiger, Adjutant/Service Stimeling, Americanism Tom Skaggs, Judge Advocate Hicks, Chaplain Wertz, Executive committee members Gunn, Williams & Worlow

Excused were , Americanism Tom Skaggs, Sgt-@-arms M Skaggs and Historian Aupperle.

The Adjutant read the minutes of the Executive board meeting A motion was made by BOB Kindred and seconded by Andy Worlow to accept the minutes APPROVED

The Adjutant read the minutes of the previous General Membership meeting A motion was made by Randy Wiseman and seconded by Jack Heirstein to accept the minutes APPROVED

Bar Chairman Herstein read the Bar Report the Bar made 2348.18 in December and lost 6570.82 for the year. a motionwas made by Randy Wiseman and seconded by Dave Hicks to accept the bar report APPROVED

Greg Geiger read the Finance report assets total 119,104.30 motion was made by Jack Herstein and seconded by Bob Wertz to accept the Finance report APPROVED

Committee Reports

Membership was at 290members 87.09%

new member Richard Kent was accepted on a motion by Dave Hicks and a second by Bob Kindred

It was reported that two members are not getting the AMerican Legion Magazine Randy W will contact Department to find out why.

Dick Rafini spoke about the memorial project The Park Board has express 100% backing. Auperle is going to help with CAD drawing of plans. A committee was established Dick Rafini, Ron Strunk and Dave Hicks.

New business

post 979 is holding a weekly raffle Commander Robbins will be monitoring the success of this to see if we can do something similar.
